Warranty
Your President products are tested to ensure it meets a set of very stringent standards. This warranty will cover a period of 2-3 years, starting from the date of purchase, for any problem due to defective materials of workmanship. The exceptions to this are damage caused by accidents , transport damage, abuse of the product, purely cosmetic damage and incidental or consequential damages as described above.
Warranty on spare parts only - lock, handle, wheel and trolley.
Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This will serve as a proof of purchase date and that your purchase was made at an authorized President retailer. For more repair information, please contact us at warranty@president-luggage.com or your authorized retailer.
